Customer contacts: posters around the Underground inform travelers of where to find contact points in the station itself, by phone, when it's available and how to go about it.
Contact points on a website should be available on all pages. At least a link through to a contact page should be part of the Global Navigation of any website. "Global Navigation" is a term used to describe links which appear on every page in a site. Contact pages should also outline an expected time within which a user should expect a response and an alternative means of contact other than email.
