Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain documentation describing interaction design i.e., Information Architecture Design Documents (IADD), conceptual models, user scenarios, flowcharts, workflow diagrams, functional requirements lists and specifications etc.
- Assess and help to define client goals and end-user needs through research and interviews
- Work with client and multidisciplinary team to develop users functional requirements
- Communicate concepts and models to client
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience with, and understanding of, user-centered design theory and practice
- Experience designing for interactive media (websites, CD-ROMS, kiosks, games, applications etc.)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Thorough understanding of the web and its underlying technologies
