I spent the day working with the folks from www.homecomingrevolution.co.za on Monday. They're a non profit interested in researching the ever growing South African diaspora and essentially helping people to return (and thus reversing the brain drain). As we know the skills shortage in SA is a huge problem so I'm really enjoying the content and purpose behind this project. We also applied a journey based approach to the process of returning which was great. I love applying that approach on non-commercial projects.
